CTF Tournament: Saturday, March 3, in Nashville, TN.  See Mrs. Stacy to sign up or for more information.

Extra Class: February 15 from 6-7pm.  All ages and ranks will train together during this class.

Next Regularly Scheduled Testing: March 8 at 5:30 pm.  Remember to practice all of your forms and meanings at home!!  White uniforms ONLY at the testing.

***Anyone who does not have ALL of their sparring gear will not be allowed to participate in class while we are sparring.  Be sure to bring all of your gear every time we have class.  You never know when we will spar.
